Download the Yoda template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Glue the eyes, one on each side, in between the two wrinkles.

Place the nose just below the nose wrinkle and glue it in place.

Position the pink inner ears so they line up with the head and so that the bottom of them hang off the ear. Glue them in place, then trim off the excess paper.

Create the mouth by gluing the tongue to the bottom part of the mouth. Trim off the excess paper with the scissors.

Take the completed mouth and glue it slightly below the nose, in the middle of the headband.

Attach the headband extenders by taping one on each side of the base of the headband.
