Materials
- Brown paper bag
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Bird template
Instructions
- Download the bird template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Start off by creating the bird's head by gluing the eyes to the middle of the head.
- Position the beak in between and slightly overlapping the bottom of the eyes and glue it in place.
- Glue the cheeks on the outside of each eye.
- Now, take the completed head and glue it to the flap portion of the brown paper bag.
- Place the body of the bird on the main part of the brown paper bag and glue it in place.
- Take the wings and position them with the longest part of the wing on the body and the shortest part hanging off the sides. Glue it in place.
