Download the butterfly template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the eyes below the eyebrows.

Next, glue the antennae to the top and back of the butterfly head.

Take the middle wing pieces and glue them to the center of the back wings.

Position the front wing pieces to the center of the middle wing pieces and glue them in place.

Fold the back wing pieces along the dashed line. This is where you'll place the glue.

Take the completed wings and glue them on both sides of the headband base.

Finish up by placing the headband extenders on both sides of the headband base and tape them together.
