Download the Cat in the Hat template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the head of the cat in the hat onto the black colored paper of the cat in the hat head template

Make the hat by gluing the three red stripes onto the main hat piece. Cut off any paper that hangs off the sides.

Glue the belly to the middle and bottom of the body piece.

Place tape along one side of the cat’s body and attach it to the toilet paper roll. Wrap the body around the toilet roll, then use another piece of tape to secure it to the roll.

Glue the completed hat to the top of the cat’s head and place the bowtie at the bottom of the head.

Take the completed head and press a glue dot to the back and bottom of the head. Push it onto the top of the toilet roll base.
