Download the Darth Vader template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Create his helmet by gluing the rounded rectangle to the back and middle of the arch piece. Take this completed piece and glue it to the middle of the helmet.

Make Darth Vader's eyes by gluing the two black eyes to the helmet. Next, glue the gray eye spots to the black eyes.

Take the mouth piece and glue it in between and slightly below the eyes. Glue the two circles to the bottom corners of the mouth piece.

Place glue all along the flap portion of the brown paper bag and glue the helmet to it.

Next, make the body by gluing the body piece to the main portion of the brown paper bag. Cut off the excess paper bag that isn't covered.

Place the light gray rectangle in the middle of the body and glue it in place.

Finish up by gluing the black rectangle and the colorful squares to the light gray panel piece.
