Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Tape
- Crayons markers, or paint (if using the color in version)
- Dinosaur headband template
Instructions
- Download the dinosaur template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Begin by gluing the nose and mouth piece to the bottom and middle of the headband base, just above the head line.
- Glue the middle horn just above the nose, in the middle.
- Next, take the eyes and glue them on either side of the middle horn.
- Place the cheeks slightly below the eyes on either side and glue them in place.
- Position the bony frill to the back and middle of the headband base.
- Glue the two horns near the top of the dinosaur’s head.
- Optionally: Use a marker to draw on eyebrows just above the eyes.
- Finish by taping a headband extender to each end of the headband base.
