Earth Day Paper Plate Craft

Materials

  • Paper plate
  • Paint
  • Paintbrush
  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Pencil
  • Glue stick
  • Earth template

Instructions

  • Download the Earth template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Paint a paper plate in 1-2 thin coats of blue paint and let it dry completely before moving on.
  • Once dry, place the heart template in the middle of the blue plate, trace, and cut out.
  • Position the green land pieces on the paper plate and glue them down. Use scissors to trim off any excess paper that hangs off the side of the paper plate.
