It’s an easy Earth Day craft for kids that can be made at home or in the classroom. Tape it to the window or bulletin board to proudly display.

Paper Plate Earth

Supplies
- Paper plate
- Paint
- Paintbrush
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Pencil
- Glue stick
- Earth template (enter your email in the form at the end of this post to have the link sent to you)
Directions
Download the Earth template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Paint a paper plate in 1-2 thin coats of blue paint and let it dry completely before moving on.
Once dry, place the heart template in the middle of the blue plate, trace, and cut out.


Position the green land pieces on the paper plate and glue them down. Use scissors to trim off any excess paper that hangs off the side of the paper plate.
