Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Pencil
- Fish template
Instructions
- Download the fish template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Take the water piece and glue it in the middle of the fish bowl.
- Place the sand at the bottom of the water and glue it down.
- Next, glue a couple of pieces of the plants to the sand.
- Trace your child's hand onto a piece of colored paper and cut it out. Create the fish by gluing the mouth to the palm end of the handprint.
- Place the eye near the palm end of the fish and glue it down, then glue the cheek just below the eye. Use a marker to draw some scales on the fish.
- Glue the fish somewhere on top of the water.
- Finish off by gluing some bubbles just above your fish's mouth.
