Download the template, print it, and cut out the pieces.

Begin by gluing the eyes above the mouth.

Position the hair on top of the head and glue it in place.

Next, glue the bow in the center of the hair.

Place the dress in the center of the body and glue it down.

Now, use the paint pen or marker to draw cheeks on both sides of the mouth.

Draw the icing decorations on the arms and legs.

Finish up by coloring in the buttons on the dress.
