The little gingerbread girl has found herself in quite a sticky situation! She needs a clever plan to avoid being gobbled up during the holidays. She’s decided to go undercover as a graceful ballerina, hoping her tutu and twirls will be enough to keep her safe.

Kids can help her stay safe and hidden by dressing her as a gingerbread disguise ballerina. They’ll be excited to dress her as a dazzling dancer to blend in with the holiday decorations instead of the dessert tray!

Disguise A Gingerbread As A Ballerina

This is the perfect holiday activity to spark creativity while getting little ones to use essential skills like scissors, glue, and even fine motor coordination. Plus, it’s a fun way to add a twist to traditional holiday activities while letting kids imagine new adventures for their gingerbread girl.

Directions

Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring the gingerbread ballerina to life!

First, guide your child to glue the eyes above the mouth.

Position the hair on top of the head and glue it in place.

Next, help your child to glue the bow in the center of the hair.

Place the dress in the center of the body and glue it down.

Now, use the white paint pen or white marker to draw cheeks on both sides of the mouth.

Continue adding wavy icing decorations on the arms and legs.

Finish by using the pen to fill in the button on the dress.
