Download the groundhog template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the dirt piece in the center of the hill.

Next, glue the burrow hole in the middle of the dirt.

Position the head in the center of the burrow hole and glue it in place.

Glue the eyes below the eyebrows.

Glue the teeth to the bottom and back of the mouth, then place the completed mouth below the eyes and glue it down.

Draw the nose of the groundhog on the top portion of the mouth.

Now, draw the inner ears in the center of the ears.

Glue the clouds around the blue background paper.

Next, glue the groundhog burrow to the bottom portion of the blue background paper.

Optionally, draw the snowflake decorations around the groundhog burrow.
