Halloween Potion Name Craft

This Halloween name craft is a playful way for kids to practice their names while creating their own colorful potion bottle.

Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers
  • White paint pen
  • Halloween potion name template

Instructions

  • Open the PDF in Adobe Reader and edit the template to add your child's name. Alternatively, you or your child can write the letters on the bubble pieces.
  • Print the template and gather the materials for this fun activity.
  • Begin by gluing the liquid piece onto the lower part of the bottle.
  • Grab the cork lid and glue it to the top of the bottle.
  • Glue the twine piece across the bottle neck, just below the cork lid.
  • Glue the tag onto the right side of the twine.
  • Arrange the bubble letters across the liquid to spell the child’s name, then glue them in place.
  • Use a marker to draw extra bubbles around the name, in the liquid and above it.
  • Finally, use a white paint pen to add highlights to the bubbles and bottle.
