Materials

  • Gray and white cardstock or construction paper
  • Black marker
  • Pencil
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Arctic Fox template

Instructions

  • Download the arctic fox template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Glue the face to the middle of the fox head, then use the black marker to draw on the nose just above the mouth line.
  • Trace your child's hand onto a gray piece of paper and cut it out. Glue the completed arctic fox head to the thumb part of the handprint, like in the picture.
  • Assemble the fox's tail by gluing the white tip to the end of the tail. Use the scissors to trim off the excess paper.
  • Glue the completed fox tail to the back of the handprint, along the pinky side.
  • Use the black marker to draw on the paw lines along each of the four legs.
