Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue stick
  • Scissors
  • Markers
  • Fox template

Instructions

  • Download the fox template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Help your child trace their hand onto a piece of paper and cut it out. Position it with the fingers pointed down.
  • Begin by gluing the eyes below the eyebrows.
  • Next, glue the nose and mouth to the bottom portion of the head.
  • Now, draw the inner ears to the center of the ears.
  • Position the head on the thumb and glue it in place.
  • Create the tail by gluing the tip of the tail to the right side portion of the tail.
  • Place the tail on the right and back of the body and glue it in place.
  • Finish by using a brown marker to color the bottom part of the fox's leg.
