Hedgehog Puppet Craft
Kids will love making this hedgehog paper bag puppet using simple supplies and a printable template. It’s a fun way to explore woodland animals through hands-on crafting.

Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Brown Paper Bag
- Hedgehog Template
Instructions
- Download the template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Begin by gluing the head to the bottom center of the head quills.
- Then glue the eyes onto the head, just above the nose and below the eyebrows.
- After that, glue the cheeks on both sides of the nose.
- Glue the body to the top of the body quills.
- Now, take the belly piece and glue it to the middle of the body.
- Next, glue the arms to each side of the belly.
- Place the feet on the back and bottom of the body and glue them in place.
- Flip the paper bag so the flap is on top, then trim the bottom of the paper bag to be shorter than the completed body piece.
- Now, glue the completed body onto the front of the paper bag, just below the flap.
- Finally, glue the completed head onto the top of the paper bag flap, slightly overlapping the body.
