Download the heart template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the eyes below each of the eyebrows.

Place the puzzle piece below the mouth and glue it in place.

Take a pipe cleaner and hold one edge. Push the pipe cleaner around to form three fingers, then twist the end around the base to create a hand. Repeat with the other pipe cleaner.

Flip the heart over and tape the arms, one on each side of the heart. Leave enough of the arms hanging off so you can bend it to look like it's holding the puzzle piece. Trim off any excess pipe cleaner on the opposite side.

Create the foot by looping one end of the pipe cleaner into an oval and then twisting it onto the main part of the pipe cleaner.

Tape the legs on the back of the heart. Trim off any excess paper.

Flip the heart over so the front is facing you and bend the arms to look like it's holding the puzzle piece. You can even use one of the "fingers" to secure the hand to the edge of the puzzle piece.
