Begin by taking a photo of your child and cutting out the head, neck, and hair from the rest of the photo.

If you're using the black and white version, let the kids color them in.

Glue the pink elf hat to the top of your child's photo.

Place the girl's elf dress on the bottom of the child's photo and glue it in place.

Use the hole punch to punch out the shoulders, arm, and leg holes.

Next, place the brad through the arm piece and then through the shoulder hole. Spread the brad out on the backside of the craft. Repeat on the other side.

See where you want to position the elf legs, then mark that spot with your finger.

Now, use the hole punch to punch the circles in the dress.

Finish off by placing the brad through the dress hole and then through the leg hole. Spread the brad out on the backside of the craft. Repeat on the other side.
