Download the leprechaun template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the beard to the bottom of the face, then glue the hair to the top of the head.

Position the eyebrows towards the top of the face and glue them in place.

Glue the eyes just below the eyebrows on each side. Next, glue the ears to the back of the face, where the beard and hair meet.

Begin to make the hat by gluing the black band to the middle of the hat.

Place the yellow outer buckle in the middle of the black band, then glue the black inner buckle in the middle of the yellow buckle.

Take the completed hat and glue it to the top of the leprechaun's head.

Glue or tape the leprechaun head to the headband base. Make sure it's securely attached.

Add a headband extender to each side of the headband and tape or staple them together.
