Materials

  • Markers
  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue stick
  • Scissors
  • Leprechaun pot of gold template

Instructions

  • Download the leprechaun pot of gold template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the eyes in the middle of the face.
  • Draw the nose between the bottom section of the eyes and the eyebrows above the eyes.
  • Next, glue the beard to the bottom portion of the face.
  • Place the hat band on the bottom portion of the hat and glue it down. Trim off any paper that hangs off the sides.
  • Glue the outer buckle in the center of the hat band.
  • Position the inner buckle inside the outer buckle and glue it in place.
  • Now, glue the hat on top of the leprechaun’s head.
  • Glue the head to the top portion of the body.
  • Next, glue the leprechaun’s pot towards the bottom of the body.
  • Glue the coins to the top of pot.
  • Place the hands on both sides of the coins and glue them down.
  • Finish off by gluing the feet to the back and bottom portion of the body.
