Materials

  • Brown paper bag
  • Colored cardstock
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Monster template

Instructions

  • Download the monster template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Place the eyes, one on each side of the head, and glue them in the middle of the small rectangle.
  • Next, glue the nose in between the eyes.
  • Create the mouth by gluing the tongue to the bottom of mouth and the teeth to the top of the mouth. Cut off any paper that hangs off.
  • Take the completed mouth and glue it to the middle of the head, just below the nose.
  • Take the head and glue the horns to the back of the top left and right corner. Glue the completed to the flap portion of the brown paper bag.
  • Create the body by gluing the belly to the center of the body piece.
  • Take the body stripes and glue them on both sides of the body piece. Cut off the paper that hangs off.
  • Take the completed body and glue it to the main portion of the brown paper bag.
