Download the mushroom template, print, and cut out the pieces.

Start by gluing the eyes just above the mouth.

If you're making the red mushroom, glue the circles in the open spaces of the mushroom, then use scissors to trim off any excess that falls off the cap.

Now it's time to glue on the stalk. For the red mushroom, glue the stalk to the back of the cap. For the brown mushroom, glue it to the front of the stalk, just beneath the smile.
