Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Mushroom template (download form located at the end of this post)
Directions
Download the mushroom template, print and cut out the pieces.

Start by gluing the eyes just above the mouth. There are 2 different eyes in the template, so feel free to mix and match to whatever your child prefers.

If youโre making the red mushroom, glue the circles in the open spaces of the mushroom, then use scissors to trim off any excess that falls off the cap.

Now itโs time to glue on the stalk. For the red mushroom, glue the stalk to the back of the cap. For the brown mushroom, glue it to the front of the stalk, just beneath the smile.

Thatโs all there is to it to make this cute mushroom craft.
As you can see itโs super simple and perfect for helping kids work on scissor skills and fine motor skills!
