Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers
  • Octopus template

Instructions

  • Download the octopus template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Start by gluing the eyes just below each of the eyebrows.
  • Take the octopus and glue it to a blue piece of 8.5"x11" paper.
  • Use the bubble letters to spell out the child's name below the octopus.
  • Finish up by drawing wave lines on the background piece of paper.
