Materials

  • Brown paper bag
  • Blue card stock
  • White card stock
  • Glue stick
  • Black marker
  • Cookie Monster template download form located at the end of this post

Instructions

  • Download the Cookie Monster template, print and cut out.
  • Glue the blue rectangle to the bottom of the brown paper bag.
  • Glue Cookie's face to the top of the paper bag flap.
  • Glue the eyes to the top of the face, with half of it hanging off the top.
  • Use a black marker to draw on fur lines along the base of the body.
