Materials
- Brown paper bag
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Markers
- Glue
- Giraffe template
Instructions
- Download the giraffe template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Position the ears on the corners of the paper bag flap and glue in place.
- Glue the giraffe head to the flap of the brown paper bag. Glue the body to the rest of the paper bag.
- Use a brown or orange marker to draw on giraffe spots all along the ears, face, and body.
- Position the eyes about .5" from the bottom of the flap and glue in place.
- Take the mouth/nose area and glue it to the lower portion of the face so that it is slightly overlapping the eyes. This part will hang partly off the flap.
- Finish making the giraffe's horns by gluing the circle top to the rectangle base. Glue the completed horns to the back of the head, in between the ears.
