Download the penguin puppet template, print and cut out all of the pieces.

Measure the top flap of the paper bag and cut out a piece of black card stock that size. Ours measured 5"x3". Glue onto the top flap.

Measure the bottom part of the paper bag and cut out another rectangle that size. Ours was 5"x9". Glue in place.

Glue the white face in the middle of the top flap.

Place the penguin's beak in the middle of the face, right below the eyes and glue in place.

Glue the white belly to the middle of the bottom part of the paper bag.

Assemble the scarf by gluing the longest piece towards the top of the penguin's belly. Glue the two ends at angle on top of the first piece.

Take the penguin's feet and glue them to the bottom of the paper bag.

Finish the penguin by gluing the flippers to the middle of the brown paper bag.
