Download the polar bear template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the nose/mouth below the eyes.

Next, glue the inner ears in the center of the outer ears.

Glue the cheeks below the eyes.

Position the feet on the bottom portion of the polar bear and glue them in place.

Now, glue the fish to the center of the polar bear's body.

Finish off by gluing the hands to the top and sides of the fish.
