Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Tape
  • Markers or crayons if using the color in version
  • Popcorn template

Instructions

  • Download the popcorn template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Arrange the red stripes vertically along the middle of the popcorn headband base and glue them in place.
  • Take the popcorn piece and glue it to the top, back of the popcorn bag.
  • Tape or staple the extenders to each side of the headband base.
