If your family is anything like ours, from time to time you all gather around for a family movie night!

My kids love watching movies and of course, adding popcorn and some treats to mix.

Movie night is a great time to be with the family and have fun! If you want to make your kids movie time even more special, make this popcorn headband craft with them beforehand.

It’s an easy headband craft for kids that will not only be fun to make and wear but will also help kids develop fine motor skills and use their creativity.

This popcorn headband also comes with a free printable template in 2 versions so the whole family can participate.

Supplies

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Tape
  • Markers or crayons (if using the color in version)
  • Popcorn template (enter your email in the form at the end of this post to have the link sent to you)

Directions

Download the popcorn template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Arrange the red stripes vertically along the middle of the popcorn headband base and glue them in place.

Take the popcorn piece and glue it to the top, back of the popcorn bag.

Tape or staple the extenders to each side of the headband base.
