Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Paper Plate
  • Seagull Craft

Instructions

  • Download the template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Cut a paper plate in half.
  • Begin by gluing the wing onto the half paper plate, aligning the straight edge of the wing to the straight edge of the half paper plate.
  • Next, attach the tail feathers to the back edge of the paper plate.
  • Add one leg to the bottom edge of the plate and use glue to keep it in place..
  • Place the second leg beside the first, spaced slightly apart, then glue in place.
  • Glue the eye near the top left side of the head cutout.
  • Attach the beak with some glue, just below the eye, pointing outward.
  • Finish by gluing the head to the top and back of the left side of the paper plate to complete the craft.
