Download the template, print it on the suggested paper, and cut out the face pieces.

Begin by tearing construction paper into small pieces and setting them aside.

Next, apply glue inside the shark outline on the printed background sheet.

Place the torn paper pieces inside the glued shark outline and press them down.

Glue the shark’s mouth onto the lower part of the shark’s face.

Then, glue the eye above the mouth, near the top of the shark’s head.

After that, use a marker to draw wavy lines around the shark to create an ocean background.
