Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Squirrel Template

Instructions

  • Download the template, print it, and cut out all the squirrel craft pieces.
  • Begin by gluing the nose/mouth piece onto the center of the face.
  • Next, glue the eyes below the eyebrows.
  • Then glue the cheeks below the eyes on both sides of the nose/mouth piece.
  • Glue the belly onto the top and center of the body piece.
  • Attach the head to the top of the body.
  • Glue the tail to one side of the body.
  • Next, glue the completed squirrel onto the tree trunk background.
  • Finally, glue the acorns in a row at the bottom of the tree background to spell out the name.
