Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Statue of Liberty Torch Template

Instructions

  • Download the template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the eyes onto the torch, below both eyebrows.
  • Next, glue the cheeks below each of the eyes.
  • Now, glue the middle-sized flame to the center of the largest flame.
  • After that, glue the smallest flame to the center of the middle flame.
  • Finally, attach the completed flame to the top and back of the torch base.
