Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers
  • Santa Template

Instructions

  • Download the template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the shorts to the bottom of Santa’s body.
  • Next, glue the hat onto the top of Santa’s head.
  • Then glue the hat fluff along the bottom edge of the hat.
  • After that, attach the pom-pom to the tip of the hat.
  • Next, glue the beard below Santa’s face.
  • Attach the nose above the mouth.
  • Place the ocean strip a couple of inches from the bottom of the background paper and glue it down.
  • Next, glue the sand piece to the bottom of the background paper.
  • Afterward, glue Santa onto the sand area of the background.
  • Color in the surfboard, then glue the surfboard next to Santa.
  • Next, attach the Santa's hand to the right side of the surfboard.
  • Add dots or texture to the sand using a marker.
  • Finally, draw clouds in the sky with a white marker to complete the scene.
