Download the turtle template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

First, encourage your child to glue the bottom shell piece to the lower part of the top of the shell piece.

Next, glue the underside shell piece to the middle and back of the shell.

Help your child arrange the front legs on both sides of the under shell piece and glue them to the back.

Finish up the legs by gluing the back legs just behind and on the outside of the front legs.

Next, glue the head to the center of the shell.

Position the eyes below the eyebrows and glue them in place.

Finish off by gluing the turtle to the center of the background paper.
