Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Walrus Template

Instructions

  • Print the template and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the eyes onto the head, just below the eyebrows.
  • Next, glue the mouth area pieces together, overlapping them slightly in the center to form one snout.
  • Glue the nose onto the top and center of the mouth area.
  • Now, glue the tusks behind the mouth area.
  • Glue the finished mouth and tusks onto the lower portion of the head.
  • Continue to make the walrus by gluing the head onto the top of the body piece.
  • Now, glue the legs onto each side of the body.
  • Finish by gluing the flippers horizontally onto the bottom of the legs.
