Materials

  • Paper Plates
  • Paint
  • Paintbrush
  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Black marker
  • Zombie template

Instructions

  • Download the zombie template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Paint your paper plate in a shade of green and let it dry completely.
  • Cut a straight line across the upper portion of the paper plate to remove the rounded top edge.
  • Create the eyes by gluing the eyes to the eye spots.
  • Next, glue the eyelid to the top of each eye.
  • Take the completed eyes and glue them to the middle of the paper plate, slightly below the cut portion of the plate.
  • Next, create the mouth by gluing the tongue to the mouth. Cut off any excess paper that hangs off the edge.
  • Glue the completed mouth in the middle of the paper plate, just below the eyes.
  • Take the marker and draw on nostril holes below the eyes. Make some stitch marks around the face.
  • Finish off the zombie by gluing the brain to the back side of the cut portion of the paper plate.
