Zombie Paper Plate Craft For Kids [Free Template]

Kids love Halloween!

They dress up in their favorite costumes, trick-or-treat for candy, and watch spooky movies.

This year, instead of just handing out candy or watching a movie at home with the kids, they can make their own Halloween decorations!

This zombie paper plate craft is not only super easy to make but it’s also fun. It comes with a free printable template that kids will be able to easily follow.

Zombie Craft Idea

Supplies

  • Paper Plates
  • Paint
  • Paintbrush
  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Black marker
  • Zombie template (enter your email in the form at the end of this post to have the link sent to you)

Directions

Download the zombie template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Paint your paper plate in a shade of green and let it dry completely.

Begin by cutting off a small portion from the top of the paper plate.

Begin to create the eyes by gluing the eyes to the eye spots. Next, glue the eyelid to each eye.

Take the completed eyes and glue them to the middle of the paper plate, slightly below the cut portion of the plate.

Next, create the mouth by gluing the tongue to the mouth.

Glue the completed mouth in the middle of the paper plate, just below the eyes.

Take the marker and draw on nostril holes below the eyes. Make some stitch marks around the face.

Finish off the zombie by gluing the brain to the back side of the cut portion of the paper plate.

Materials

  • Paint

Instructions

  1. Download the zombie template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
