This Disney craft is perfect for toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary children because it’s super simple. We’ve even given you a free printable template so you don’t have to freehand anything!

Or, if you don’t want to make this Forky headband, you can print it out in full color or black and white for kids to color in with crayons or markers.

Forky Headband DIY

One of the best things about paper headband crafts is how few supplies you need! All you need is some thick paper (we prefer card stock over construction paper) scissors and glue.

Supplies

• Colored cardstock or construction paper
• Black marker
• Glue stick
• Scissors
• Forky headband template (download form located at the end of the page)

How To Make A Forky Headband

Download the Forky headband template, print and cut out the pieces.

Assemble Forky’s eyes by gluing the pupils slightly off-centered on each eyeball.

Position the eyes in the middle of the headband and glue in place.

Outline the eyes with a black marker.

Glue Forky’s red eyebrows just below the spork prongs.

Add as many extenders as you need to fit your child.

That’s it! This is really one of the most simple headband crafts ever!

Forky Headband Template

Don’t forget we’ve included a free printable template to make this headband craft super simple. Inside this template, you have three different options.

First, you can print in full color. All you need to do is print, cut it out and add the extenders. You’re all set and there’s no crafting or coloring here. This might be a great option for a Toy Story 4 birthday party for all of the guests.

The second option in the template is a black and white version. If you use this one, kids can color in Forky’s eyes and eyebrow. This option is perfect for toddlers and young kids who can’t create this craft by themselves yet.
