Supplies
- Colored cardstock
- 12″ x 18″ Construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Tape
- Football Turkey template (click the “click here to get your freebies” image at the end of the post)

Directions
Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring the turkey to life!

First, guide your child to glue the eyes in the middle section of the turkey’s head.

Glue the snood in between and slightly below the turkey’s eyes.

Place the beak on top of the snood and glue it in place.

Put the head stripe in the center of the head to create a helmet-like appearance.

Next, help your child to glue the feet to the bottom of the turkey’s body.

Finally, encourage your child to glue the turkey to the feathers.
