This craft is simple to make and doesn’t even require paint! All you need is some construction paper, scissors, and glue.

J Is For Jellyfish Handprint Craft

Supplies

• Colored cardstock or construction paper
• Scissors
• Glue stick
• Jellyfish template (click the “click here to get this freebie” image at the end to open the form)

Directions

Start by downloading the jellyfish template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this jellyfish to life!

First, encourage your child to glue the eyes in the middle of the head between the eyebrows and mouth,

Next, help your child trace their hand onto colored paper, cut it out, and then glue the handprint to the back and bottom of the jellyfish’s body. Position the fingers pointing down.

Finally, cut thin, long rectangular pieces of paper and glue them behind the handprint, hanging longer than the fingers. Encourage your child to use their finger to curl the paper outward.
