Begin by gluing the eyes beneath both of the eyebrows.
Next, take the nose and mouth piece and glue it in the middle of the face, just below the eyes so it’s slightly overlapping the bottom of the eyes.
Take the two horns and glue them to the top and front of the dragon’s head.
Position the cup with the rim facing down, then glue the belly to the bottom of the cup.
Glue the head to the top of the paper cup We like to use a glue dot or double sided tape here because there’s no drying time, but you can also use a glue stick.
