Directions

Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this Yeti to life!

First, guide your child to glue the face to the middle of the head.

Take a dark blue marker and draw on the nose just above the mouth.

Next, help your child to glue the eyes above and on both sides of the nose.

Glue the belly to the middle of the abominable snowman’s body.

Finally, encourage your child to place the ends of the arms and legs to each limb and gluing them in place. Trim off the excess paper.

Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers
  • Abominable snowman template

Instructions

  1. Download the Yeti template, print, and cut the pieces you need out.
  2. Begin by gluing the face to the middle of the head.
  3. Take a dark blue marker and draw on the nose just above the mouth.
  4. Next, glue the eyes above and on both sides of the nose.
  5. Glue the belly to the middle of the abominable snowman's body.
  6. Finish up by placing the ends of the arms and legs to each limb and gluing them in place. Trim off the excess paper.
