Directions
Start by downloading and printing the template. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this Halloween craft to life!

Take your first candy corn piece and place it on the back and top of the Halloween bowl. Line it up so it looks like it’s peeking out of the top. Glue it in place.

Glue each candy corn piece in order to spell your child’s name, talking about the letters and sounds as you go.
Once all pieces are in place, attach the back-of-the-bowl piece behind the pumpkin to hold the letters securely and give it a finished look. That’s it! It’s so easy.

Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Markers optional, if using the color in version

Instructions
- Download the template, edit it with Adobe Reader to add your child's name, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Glue the first candy corn letter of your child’s name to the top and back of the pumpkin bowl.
- Next glue the remaining candy corn letters in order along the top opening of the bowl to spell the name.
- Then glue the back piece behind the bowl to secure the letters.
