Begin by gluing the eyes beneath both of the eyebrows.

Position the cup with the rim facing down, then glue the feet to the bottom of the cup.

Finish up by gluing the head to the top of the paper cup. We like to use a glue dot or double-sided tape here because there’s no drying time, but you can also use a glue stick.
