Halloween Ghost Craft

This fun activity will keep little ones entertained while they make charming Halloween decorations for the spooky season. Fun isn’t the only thing they’ll gain from this craft! They’ll work on fine motor skills as they scrunch and glue the tissue paper to create the ghost.
You’ll need a few materials on hand, then your little ones will be all set to create a ghostly gang that’s bound to enchant everyone who lays eyes on them!
Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Tissue paper squares
- Ghost template (unlock the free template at the end of this post)
Directions
Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this ghost to life!
First, guide your child to spread glue over a portion of the ghost.
Take the tissue paper squares, scrunch them up, then glue them around the ghost outline.
Repeat spreading glue and placing tissue paper squares along the ghost outline until the entire ghost is completely filled.
Next, help your child take the eyes and glue them in the middle of the ghost.
Glue the mouth just below the eyes.
Finally, encourage your child to glue the cheeks on both sides of the mouth.
