Toilet Paper Roll Pilgrim Craft For Kids [Free Template]

Thanksgiving is coming up and kids are always looking for craft ideas.

This year, let them create this fun toilet paper roll pilgrim craft.

It’s a simple craft that comes with a free printable template. Make the pilgrims from paper or print out the template in black and white for kids to color in it.

Easy Pilgrim Craft

Supplies

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Glue dot (optional, but easiest)
  • Tape
  • Crayons or markers (if using the color in version)
  • Pilgrim template (enter your email in the form at the end of this post to have the link sent to you)

Directions

Download the pilgrim template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin to create the pilgrim body by gluing the apron or belt near the bottom of the main piece.

Next, take the button and glue it right above the apron or belt.

Glue the collar just above the button, so it’s positioned slightly below the top.

Use tape to secure the pilgrim body to toilet roll.

Make the pilgrim’s head by gluing the head to the front of the hair. Take the bangs and glue them just above the eyes.

Finish the head by gluing the hat to the top of the head.

Take the completed head and press a glue dot to the back and bottom of the head. Push it onto the top of the toilet roll base.

That’s it!
