Mouse Valentine Craft For Kids (Free Template)

It’s almost time for Valentine’s Day! Kids will be looking forward to all the candy that accompanies the sweet Valentine’s notes and cards from loved ones! 

There are lots of fun ways to celebrate and get the kids involved to have a special holiday, too.

A great way to get them excited and ready to celebrate is to make a fun paper craft. They can either keep their mouse Valentine craft for themselves to decorate for the holiday or give it to someone special on Valentine’s Day!

This cute little mouse craft is easily customizable to fit your child’s imagination. It can be made with grays or browns, and their favorite color for the heart! 

Just grab the free template, the colored paper of choice, scissors, and glue for some fun holiday crafting with the kiddos.

Valentines Day Craft

Supplies

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers
  • Mouse template (enter your email in the form at the end of this post to have the link sent to you)

Directions

Download the mouse template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the inner ears to each of the outer ears.

Take a pink marker and draw two cheeks beneath both eyes.

Next, glue the belly to the middle of the mouse’s body.

Glue the heart in the middle of the mouse’s body.

Place the arms on both sides of the upper part of the heart and glue them in place.

Finish up by gluing the tail to the back and middle of the mouse.
