Earth Day is one of those holidays we never celebrated until we had kids.

With kids, we want to celebrate everything! That’s exactly why we made this super cute Earth paper craft.

It’s an easy Earth Day craft for kids that only requires a few supplies and isn’t complicated to make.

Kids will be overjoyed to see this craft hanging on the fridge or outside the classroom on the bulletin board.

Cute Earth Craft

Supplies

• Colored cardstock or construction paper
• Scissors
• Glue
• Pipe cleaners
• Tape
• Earth template (enter your email in the form at the end of this post to have the link sent to you)

Directions

Download the Earth template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin to make the Earth by gluing the land pieces to the blue circle.

Place the eyes in the middle of the globe, slightly higher than halfway up, and glue them in place.

Create the mouth by gluing the tongue to the bottom of the mouth and the teeth to the top. Cut off any excess paper.

Glue the mouth just below the eyes.

Take a pipe cleaner and bend the tip of one side to make a 3 fingered hand. Repeat on another pipe cleaner. Flip the Earth over and tape the hands in the middle of the circle. Bend in the shape you want.

Grab another pipe cleaner and cut it in half. Bend the end of one to form a loop for the feet. Repeat on the other pipe cleaner. Flip the Earth over and tape the legs to the bottom.

Now your child is done! Don’t you just love how happy it looks?!
